How to Register: The SMS Process

The scheme goes live in Islamabad first, from the night between Monday and Tuesday, with the rest of the country, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, following from the night between Wednesday and Thursday. This is not the first time this exact scheme has run, and last time it had problems
